Yes. Every invoice is signed through the KRA eTIMS gateway, returns a Control Unit (CU) signature and a QR code, and is fully accepted for VAT input claims by your buyers.
A one-off KES 1,200 registration fee gets your agency set up on eTIMS and unlocks your workspace. After that, every fiscal invoice you issue costs a flat KES 100 — that fee covers signing, storage, the QR-coded PDF and email delivery.
Absolutely. There are no per-user or per-branch fees. Add owners, accountants and agents at any level. Each user gets their own login with the right permissions for what they do.
